1. Collected Data and Zero-Access Policy
SeenRadar processes only the minimum technical parameters required for operation: user account ID, email address, and the target phone numbers submitted for presence analysis.
WhatsApp message contents, voice or video calls, media files, and contact address books are never read, intercepted, copied, or stored on our servers. The system processes solely network-level online and offline timestamps.
No phone numbers or analytical records are ever sold, rented, or transferred to advertising networks, commercial brokers, or third-party marketing pools.
2. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis
Technical presence data is processed exclusively to deliver user-requested activity timelines, parental oversight, family safety insights, statistical duration analysis, and notification triggers.
Users must ensure lawful authority when submitting numbers for analysis (such as their own device, a minor under legal guardianship, or with clear documented consent).
3. User Control and Automated Data Purge
Users retain full autonomy to remove contacts and associated activity records from their dashboard at any time.
Analytical presence logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which they are permanently and irreversibly purged by automated cloud routines.
Executing an account deletion permanently eliminates profile credentials, notification configurations, and historical activity records with zero residual storage.
4. Security Infrastructure
All network communication is strictly encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and HSTS policies. Database access is partitioned using Row Level Security (RLS) so that accounts cannot access data belonging to other users.
