1. Direct In-App Account Deletion
Log into your SeenRadar account and navigate to the Settings page.
Scroll to the bottom of the view and click on the "Delete Account" action.
Confirm the confirmation prompt. Your active session will terminate immediately and your data will be permanently wiped.
2. Data Categories Permanently Removed
Account credentials and profile metadata,
All tracked telephone numbers and customized labels,
All historical presence timestamps, session intervals, and chart analytics,
Configured notification triggers and personal preferences.
3. Deletion Requests via Customer Support
If you cannot access your account, send an erasure request from your registered email address to [email protected]. Our team will verify and execute the permanent purge within 24 hours.
